Carpenter, I hadn't thought about the issuance of new shares in the same context as the necessity for more shares in order for the Unit Investors to be able to convert to shares due to the current low price.

I thought we would need more shares issued for OTHER reasons, like an IPO perhaps!

Thinking out loud, (which is all we are ever doing on these boards, right?), how would the Unit Investors ever possibly be able to convert to shares, if further shares are not autorized AND available?

Along these lines, if WE DO authorize more shares, than the Unit Investors would likely be more happy, knowing that they can convert to a large number of shares, even at this price or LOWER.

BUT, if we do NOT authorize more shares, it seems to me that the only way that the Unit Investors would be happy would be due to a HIGHER STOCK PRICE than today.

Is my thinking correct, or flawed here?

I am wondering when we will receive a PROXY for the vote on this issue.

W.E.J. .....would you be willing to start an Official Question List from this Board to use at the Shareholders' Meeting that you said you were attending on our behalf?

I'm not so sure I am in favor of issuing more Authorized Shares or not, now. hmmmmmm!
