i am not Sophisticated as you are on stock market. I read many times that this company is Canadian company. It was stated or implied serveral times that this company is not subject to U.S. laws. So I can not understand why your looking up U.S. laws. Doesn't make what ever u find meaningless.
I looked up some web site through AOL and one web site did state that PPTL did spam it's stock about 4 to 6 years ago.
As I stated before I purchased my stock based upon your faith in the company. Now what you wrote leads me to question if what I did is right. Do u still believe in this company.
I'm not trying to take sides, I just don't want you to provoke another series of fighting with Mr. A..
You can mark my word that is PPTL is headed to the gray list. At this point there will be no market for yours shares i.e. DVPC and NVMG. Makes it very difficult to trade or even establish a market. This is usually the result of a company not keeping the shareholder informed to their activities thru PR and other reporting. When a company is secretive about its operations they become suspect of fraud. I wonder why Bruce Thompson can't open up to us stockholder. Maybe through a letter to the stockholders on their website.
