SWIM, I always applaud optimism. But as for others' PPS projections, TALK IS CHEAP. If the esteemed Mr. Hands had a handle on the lawyers since day one, we would not be here speculating with cheap talk on August 6th.
We have a potential first class scenario here but it is in the hands of second class operators.
