I don't think they can easily "outspend" our lawyers. Mr. Kim I'm sure will do what it takes to get to trial...mostly his time...it is not like we will have to do major spending beforehand.

What are some things you expect them to throw out, particularly to delay the trial? It doesn't seem that the judge or MOSH's attorneys will give them much slack to delay at will.
