His best days will be our best days though which is the point I need to drive home.

very nicely put imo

the truth is that this stock is not gonna fly with retail per se - and TS is also not counting on it.

the real action comes when the big money says we'll have some (make that a LOT) of that and those retail that are in will make big bank. Simple.

Red...Assuming we are as smart as TS...(we are, imo) ...Tell me why we carry this Cornell albatross around our neck while the PPS gets destroyed, when we could take the position of not being such a pig and use some of ours to satisfy debt, restore credibility, and pop the pps to where it can stay to attract 'new' $$$ ? ... I'll say it again...Unless he does something "unselfish" and dramatic using his bloated position, we CAN'T expect much near term and the more bad news that comes our way, the less chance we have of seeing real long term appreciation...There IS such a thing as destroying a stock forever...I'm guessing he's not proud of the quarter, or we would have heard something about it...And, as far as the MM's taking this to the floor...yeah, right ... We know that unless we get substantial "non-dilutive" news somewhere along the way, there's millions of shares from "longs" for sale at .0006-.0008 ...This can't really get traction until TS gives some of HIS up...If our best days, are his best days...Does he ever have a "bad" day and feel any "investment" pain? ...Does he ever "man up" and address the current situation?...I , and I know some others here, would...Hiding makes the problem worse... all imo...gl...

No that's not quite true, as his preferreds convert to 4 times the OS. At the corrent OS of 2.5 billion shares, his 100k preferred shares convert to 10 billion shares. For every share issued to YA, he gets to convert another 4 shares.
You are only correct if you mean a FIXED ratio to the OS.

So yes, if the sp goes down, the value of his holdings go down to, but when the OS goes up, the value of his holdings goes up even more.
