Unlike the toxic financing that has been used, He has a FIXED number of shares that his preferreds can be converted into.
It's not a dollar amount, its a fixed number of shares.

So if this is trading at .0006 like it is today, his shares are worth peanuts

If it is trading at .006, they are worth 10 times as much

If it is trading at .06, they are worth 100 times as much

If it is trading at .60, they are worth 1,000 times as much
