Could be I have just see no reason for a buyback this time if intent is nit for SPNG to do so. They did not have that is previous 8k for share issued to RM. If SPNG buys them yes they could reissue but norm would be to retire any shares bought back.
I just have never seen a buyback agreed to like that for shares issued at time of 8k.
