That filing is an 8K. No requirement to mention lawsuits unless there is an award of significance.

If the judge has denied their motions so far, I would think there must be some substance to this lawsuit and believe PNR should should be obligated to communicate this info to their investors.

Although i would defer to Steady T on this.
