We share most of the same opinion within a number of those statements with only one exception...
"Arne is going to pull off financing of these next aquistions without issuing equities, but through bank cash."
Equity partnerships are paramount to maintaining a focused direction/integration for the overall health and well-being for Ariel as a whole... Keeps the new subsidiaries/partners/acquisitions attentive and also keep as much cash reserves as possible. "Profit sharing" is always sweet for those concerned, eh? (been there done that)
Buybacks or possible reductions of the A/S(down the road), when/if/after sustained Revenues/Financing/Acquisitions/Dissolution of unfavorable Agreements are met, will certainly work in EVERYONE'S favor, don't you think?
Perception seems to imply that Arne is working his plan, eh?
All just in my opinion of course...
