My two cents through my rose colored glasses:

Arne is going to pull off financing of these next aquistions without issuing equities, but through bank cash. No news has been good news because it would otherwise be easy for AWYI to authorize more of the allowable 2 billion shares to gain aqusitions and therefore PR's of a dilution. Growth may be slower now but value of MMN and others will be more "valueable."

Arne is not taking a salary and cannot "cash in" his shares until they trade .50 for 10 consecutive days. He wants to prevent dilution and because profits are better than expected he would rather finance with Syrei and Lime Truck assets.

Arne wants us to hang on but cannot tell shareholders why right now, of course it would be illegal for him to do so. I know the price is low now, but look at the payoff of no/minimal future dilution. Buy now and let the growth happen more slowly.

The surges will be strong. We longs have an opportunity to be the buyers of very inexpensive shares and create and even tighter float before the next string of PR's.

My conservative estimates are that we should be at .04-.06 when the Q is released. Cornell will be gone, Arne has gotten the message, IMO, and the lack of news confirms that for me.
Thanks and good luck, Surge.
