Many brokers still did not request their certs on deposit at the DTCC and the DTCC emptied their vaults of CMKM securities as they had indicated they would do. As of the date of this letter, the DTCC is not involved in the transfer of CMKM stock between the beneficial owners, the company and any securities intermediaries.
