My guess will be we will see profit numbers, with a very high float. Requesting the support of share holders to vote for a R/S. We have to be putting out paychecks, paying hospitality, insurance, drug test, and PR's. The overhead and debt now is very sick. Any mention of a down payment from the buyers, or even if the miners were offered shares as a pention. This should have been filed with the SEC. I would think. If I was one of the miners I would be buying like crazy. Family and friends, seing all this coal. We did a sudden drop. Makes you wonder how many shares are out there, and why.

You, my friend, have posted the most realistic post in a long time. You get the award. The fact is, no one can predict the PPS.
I think because there are so many shares and it is the summer, the price will not move too much until the fall when the big guns come back from vacation. It will take millions of shares to move this baby. There also has to be an interest in the stock. There are so many companies out there, that they don't need this one to make money. It no longer is buying stock in a company and waiting for the company to grow. With all the electronic trading and with all the electronic software, any thing can happen with any stock price.

Do yourself a favor and just use the fully diluted share count! That is the easiest thing to do! This ain't rocket scientist stuff!!
