I'm sure with the likes of Opper and Unwin and Mc Fadden with her B of A connections for that matter, that there is a lot more going on behind the scenes then what we are privy to know, at least until Paul is ready for us to know and I'm sure dilution has something to do with the timing of things.

As far as I know, Spooz has enough on it's plate to pick and choose what they want to focus on and I'm feeling good about August as the beginning of business in earnest.

I found Tom Opper's objective interesting:

Objective: Launch initial product offering (SpoozToolz), gain revenue traction, build brand, expand globally, and initiate exit strategy

This is apparently Spooz's overall plan of action.
