I haven't found an OTC company that has decent financials. Why is that? Frankly, reporting on this exchange is useless IMO. If you are trying to compare this company with one trading on a listed exchange, you are wasting your time. In fact, I laugh at people like you who attempt to poison the waters with your so called "objectivity".
Tell me what "facts" do you have that says this company will do a R/S to get on the Nasdaq?
I would be very careful how one chooses words in regards to what a company may or may not do. You have "NO FACTS" to make this statement and IMO are stating a material misrepresentation.
