I just contacted the Transfer agent, and found out that they are IN FACT SELLING SHARES...
here is not the right statement unless Transfer Agent will provide the new float #

yes it has been obvious the company has been selling shares or a financer has been selling shares, just where are all the cheer leaders that loved this stock at 003 and 0035. Dang you would think they would be buying it up at .0019
