I just contacted the Transfer agent, and found out that they are IN FACT SELLING SHARES... This is bad obviously, but nice because as of TODAY the Outstanding share count is CURRENTLY 426M, and the AS remains at ONLY 500M, so this leaves rooom for them to dilute ONLY 74 Million more shares if they intend on MAXING out the OS... On the bright side with a MAXED out OS the FLOAT will be ONLY 268MILLION which is Peanutes for a price this low....
When people get wind that the OS is fully MAXED we should get a push off of that alone, and with news we'll KNOW FOR A FACT they CAN'T DILUTE into the RUN... For us to maintain our PPS the most important factor is for them to KEEP THE AUTHORIZED SHARE COUNT at 500M.... We may fluctuate down here for a couple days, but this will be much higher very soon IMO...
I'm not sellng any of my shares until we get jiggy.. Dilution is bad, but this isnt that bad of a case...
74M shares at this price range is only $100K in dollar volume.. We should churn that out in a few short days..
