Let me see if I understand that correctly, based on my assumptions .... the NeoReader is already developed , ergo that cost has been incurred; downloading the app and installing it I guess is at no cost(?) , at least for someone with a data plan.
Is there a cost to NeoMedia for someone using NeoReader for a direct-encoded read , or some other cost I'm not thinking of?
