CMKX can't withhold information due to the fact that the joint venture partners have to make timely disclosures as outlined under the regulations of the TSX Venture exchange and the British Columbia Sec. Comm. That's why we saw a progress report from KPG.V and UCA.V recently , due to the regulations of disclosure of the CDN exchange . Rick Walker will press release the results once obtained, for he won't risk the chance of his companies being halted or suspended . And as far as the Walkers' companies merging with CMKX it would never happen for the TSX Venture exchange would not allow it ,and I know from the Sedar filings of KPG.V that no notices have been filed about that intention.
