Johnny, those were just "Estimated Baron International Acquisition Numbers".

"The Company believes that its shareholders are entitled to an estimate of the pending agreement." The pending agreement is subject to a contractual due diligence period with a sales price already negotiated; the sales price is between 0.19 and 0.23 cents per share. The acquiring party has a 5 day due diligence period of which to accept or to decline the agreed upon acquisition price contractually."

**The acquiring party is certainly not going to ask Baron Int'l to put their sales force on hold and stop working. They and their lawyers know dam well that even though the deal may have been agreed upon that things can change at the very last second and the way I see it, Baron Int'l is just creating more and more leverage as they continue to nail these new stadium deals! Assuming this info comes to fruition! ;)

I'm starting to wonder if ABDUL and I have the same friends! lol :D~

I just wanted to bring this up in a very potential situation that might prove my points. This is what was logical to me, it makes plenty sense...

We will not get the news today or in the next week about the buyout. We might receive other news regarding company operations, but not the buyout. JMHO

I understand your skepticism...One of the reasons I said it was just my opinion. But I believe this to be correct and you can rub this in my face if I am not, but I dont think you will be able to.

The company is still operating, this deal hasnt created a stand still in operations. With this in mind, i believe we will hear something positive soon not regarding the buyout...again JMHO
