I just wanted to bring this up in a very potential situation that might prove my points. This is what was logical to me, it makes plenty sense...

We will not get the news today or in the next week about the buyout. We might receive other news regarding company operations, but not the buyout. JMHO

I understand your skepticism...One of the reasons I said it was just my opinion. But I believe this to be correct and you can rub this in my face if I am not, but I dont think you will be able to.
The company is still operating, this deal hasnt created a stand still in operations. With this in mind, i believe we will hear something positive soon not regarding the buyout...again JMHO
