siriuslyricher: I haven't heard anything about the Navy LOE, but my opinion is that the demo timeframe would appropriately be in August.
Very glad to see today's news about the obtaining of patent protection...proves the tech is worth the effort. I'll be scanning the patent applications daily to see when the US utility patent application shows up...nothing there so far.
When the patent is obtained (it might be fast-tracked), I wouldn't be surprised to see a note in it stating that the US gov't has rights to determine which countries this tech may be licensed to.
