I am lead to believe that Summit is out, all though I think some kind of a deal should have been made to take over Summit DD to shorten the process. Yes it was Frohling him self that said Joe ONLY took 50 Million Shares for payment.

I believe that a lot of Rumors abound and mistakes have been made, those in charge were in to big of a hurry to take over so Joe caused them to jump through hoops and mistakes were costly. Now we are playing childish games with who money?
Are we saying that we don't need the attorney part way through a deal or are we trying to be our own Attorney what gives. Is Frohling in or out? Has Froling ever performed work for Joe personally? if so we will need a new Attorney.
