Regarding the high positioning of Dennis Priddy - He must have done the job right with OMA and GSMA to get moved to this position! Maybe the groundwork for the new Standards with NeoMedia in the middle has been done.

YJ: As you know, the quality of management is probably the siingle most important factor that sophisticated investors (I am obviously not talking about us) consider when making a decision to invest in a company.

Among other things, I assume that this Priddy announcement is one of the steps being taken (putting a better management team in place)to entice new money.
