Not only was my note value wrong, but my math also...LOL

Same result though, not enough shares to cover and certainly not enough cash either!

So, if your calculations are correct, then there is a distinct possibility that MODI are able to become majority shareholders of FTS (again, major dilution)....not sure they would want to, IMO...LOL
