That is what they always do.

They bilk tons of money from it as long as they can.
They build it up. Then increase their dumping.

They keep deluting all the way back town, and through .0001

Then after they can't pond off anymore @.0001, They do a reverse split and start over.

Then when everyone tosses in the towel. They go dormant for long periods.

Then after they figure that all of the loyal longs, have given up and left. They start all over again with shifting one from old management, to the new CEO. Then we are recycling again.
