that's good stuff there schultzie.
I filed a complaint with the SEC, but I don't think anything ever happened. And of course, they won't tell you anything.
I may have to file complaint with State of Nevada Securities Commission. I think my losses were around 7-10 thousand. Without a doubt, my worse investment loss ever. I bought into the hype. Will never get the money back. Can you post the contact info, address, phone number, website, etc to file a complaint?
Had never bought a penny stock before. Will never buy another one again.
Once we all started comparing notes on this board on how many shares we each had, we all pretty much knew that they hadn't "retired" 1.5 billion shares. The float was supposed to be 200 million and we seemed to have that just among the people posting on this board. That was when most of us seemed to figure out that we had been victimized. I could be wrong, but that is my perception of it.
For R&D to renounce ownership in WRII was a worthless gesture, since they didn't return any of the money. They need to return that money and go to prison.
No tax returns for four years? Tax returns are a big part of any loan application. So either there was no loan app or fraudulent tax returns were used to support the application. If that is true, they could be prosecuted for that. I suspect they never actually made a loan application.
I am curious if any of the market makers had any culpability in this whole affair.
Is Kyle Turley the NFL football player?
Will keep reading this site to see what is going on.
Again, thanks a bunch for the info Schultzie!
There is no doubt in my mind they committed securities fraud.
Just out of curiosity, what is the public opinion or perception of prisons in Nevada? I can just picture a prison chain gang with R & D on it, busting rocks out in the desert under a scorching sun. No LOL. No LMAO. From all of the hatred you read about these guys on the internet, it makes you wonder about their well being. Be interesting to see if they ever "get theirs" or actually just get away with this whole thing.
