ITguy

Excellent summary of the situation.

"I won't get involved with all back and forth from bashers and such because is pointless."

I couldn't agree with you more, since the back and forth is either rehashing what we all already know, or pure speculation.

If you take your first six yes and don't say that it rises questions and red flags is something wrong. We have People here who defend an obvious overstrained ceo 24 hours a day without a single critical word.

The last three yes, no we don't know (yet) even not those who visited the company (if they did) Paul can tell you whatever he likes, he did it before! And so far, the product doesn't sell. The potential for a huge return vanishes with every single diluted share, at least for those who bought around the penny range. Sometimes I have the feeling, some miss the imagination for the amount of 5 billion shares. I predict it will soon be the double (in valuation) of it after the restructuring and the dividends.

"I'm not saying it's not high risk - but the returns could be immense with only a little success. "

Why is this sentiment posted over and over here? That there is somehow a high reward possibility here? There is NO LEGITIMATE EVIDENCE suggesting Spooztoolz is disruptive. Apart from reports by posters here there are no outside testimonials or any kind of buzz on the world wide web about Spooztoolz.

Until there is verification of Spooztoolz I don't see how its appropriate to suggest possible big returns.

haven't posted in a while...i have bought some more shares down here in the trench....point forward i see this as a good investment AS LONG AS shares dry up and then they announce that revenue is being generated...can we please see the O/S stabilize and then a PR or two about deals to get out us out of the basement

Agreed ITGUY As I have said from the very begining, it doesn't matter what we discuss or speculate about, it's all about the sales, sales, sales. Kinda disappointing about SWARM, but those results may or may not be the true potential of the system anyway as one can probably manipulate the variables to some degree(and it sounds like this Groves character is quite the blowhard). I agree with the consensus, why steal the software of a failed system unless it has at least SOME potential?
No doubt though, Paul or whoever hired those two made a serious error in judgement and did not do a complete background check until it was far too late. Not to mention checking the results of SWARM, because most of us did the double-take grinning with glee after viewing the PR. If my business name and reputation were going to be plastered on the results worldwide, I would have verified the statistics myself even if Einstein himself said they checked out.

But, the successful businessman lives and learns from their own mistakes. Being a fairly large sharholder, even after everything that's occurred, I still feel confident in the future of Spooz.

On a personal note, let's hope the information for the upcoming PR on revenues is clear and concise and verifiable so we can finally put an end to all the X-file scam conspiracies here on the forums.
