This all is becoming to resemble a TV novel :-), like now Ludlow fund china is suing IR with a lawsuit and ready to throw money in the air.
This issue will most likely end up at legal counsel like the previous one.

Straty-I see that you thanked them for their reply @ 9:20 and their reply came in @ 9:37 .I believe that you thanked them for their reply 17 min. before they sent it.Thats questionable at best.Can you explain that???

Alright Stratey lets look at this logically for a sec.
Nothing on you but think about this:

"Ludlow China, or any of its affiliates have never held a long or short position in GLCC, and don't invest in non-reporting issues."

They sure as heck did some digging on the company, enough to put timelines together on their report. Now, I don't know these people from adam but why do a report, better yet why do 2 reports on a company you don't care about and not too mention forward information to the Legal" department?

Way to sinister for me to believe.

Can you please provide 5 different ticket numbers so IR can see where they are? They say all tickets answered up to yesterday.
