Good Life China Corporation (GLCC)

The issuer has never been contacted by this "research firm" nor has this research firm conducted any due diligence whatsoever on the issuer. All the calls voice mails and emails to this Ludlow remain unanswered. The issuer cautions its shareholders that this Ludlow "research opinion" may be bias and self serving. The issuer asks its followers to review additional filings on Pink Sheets in both of these matters.


That's funny. I shot off an email to Ludlow this morning and received a reply in about 10 minutes...

Actually, that isn't a filing, but rather a posting on pinksheets.com.
Ludlow China, or any of its affiliates have never held a long or short
position in GLCC, and don't invest in non-reporting issues. They state
revenues are up 45%, but up to where. They offer no actiual dollar values.
We have forward the issue off to our legal counsel.
