"You can't remove them from office"- YES, shareholders CAN indeed remove top management from office, starting with Roath in 2004, then HC in 2005.

Shareholders can also submit high level policy proposals for vote at the ASM, starting with a proposal to repeal the classified BoD structure, so we shareholders can hold every Director accountable each year for his/her performance representing shareholders.

Vote WITHHOLD on Roath's reelection to the BoD this proxy.

broken80: As I indicated by my comments, right now it is just a waiting game until the Nokia arbitration is finalized. Since results are what count, IMO, unless we have some major signings before then, at that time a determination can be made as to how effective management has been. Since the results should be available before next year's annual meeting, they could have an impact.

BTW: I thought I was pretty far up there on age and years retired, but you have me beat by a good margin.
