i don't know how many of you pay attention to level two, but they have been stacking up above .03 more today than any other day over the last week or so. We also have QUin at .05. Now I know that is not where we are now, but the jump to the .03 range and above is growing.
Any thoughts on this.
Why on a down day are they stacking up a wall on the higher pps side.
