True. He should have said "they are in the process of" or "it is their intention".Both of these imply ACTIVITY. Instead he said "it is their PROCESS to commercialize...which is the same as saying "they are in the BUSINESS of commercializing...; PROCESS and BUSINESS when used in this way are NOT active verbs.He is rather just stating a fact that they are IN THE BUSINESS (nouns not verbs). Of course he could have simply "mis-spoke" but I have never heard "it is their PROCESS" used in a phrase like this before.

You don't understand what you read (if you read it at all). They are aiming straight at this website. They are sick of the falsehoods and people speaking as if they have authority. It said for your information that any questions that SHAREHOLDERS have will be answered immediately in near real time via an RSS feed (cutting edge communications). You couldn't do better if you picked the phone and called. No more speculation or rumors or fearmongering that is the importance of today. You want to know if we have cash or if Abbott is still on board? or whatever concerns you have, jump on the link I provided and ask. You obviously have time to respond to me. I would appreciate you getting the proper information before you make an uninformed remark. I felt Mysscat's frustration, because she, like myself took the time to call. Now you can anonymously ask the questions you want to be answered. I called recently and they are finding out if the slide in price is from shorting or investors panicking.
