True. He should have said "they are in the process of" or "it is their intention".Both of these imply ACTIVITY. Instead he said "it is their PROCESS to commercialize...which is the same as saying "they are in the BUSINESS of commercializing...; PROCESS and BUSINESS when used in this way are NOT active verbs.He is rather just stating a fact that they are IN THE BUSINESS (nouns not verbs). Of course he could have simply "mis-spoke" but I have never heard "it is their PROCESS" used in a phrase like this before.
