I need to wait and see what the internals do for the rest of the week, but after having looked at them this morning the nasdaq internals have no reason to go up, there is no upper-side target that cry's out to be hit. The nyse is a different story. There is an upside target that will need to be covered at some point. What I am waiting for is short term signals in the internals that either reverse down or break to the upside.
