Wow, that is much speculation and I couldn't disagree more. If you read ACOE's filings, you will see that it will cost a lot of money to get ACOE even ready for this venture. They are going from selling underwear to oil and gas leases! The filings even mention that ACOE's auditors tell the company they don't think they can make it much longer. So, I am not sure how you think a merge with an underwear company at present... that will take lots of cash to get into its new venture... could possibly have MGLG opening over a dollar/share upon merger?
I think that is highly improbable!
