The merger between these two Companies makes a lot of sense for Akrivos... Approval for the Waterflood project, finalizing the "energy" work for the Robert Anderson Lease, drilling, etc. and uplisting will skyrocket the MGLG pps and allow to open trading on ACOE in dollar range... Why megre with an unknown private Company if Akrivos could make $$$ from his own? He would make a fortune with this type of deal...
Just a speculation from my side - time will tell...
