i agree with your assessment
of the current situation

one of the only things that could hurt us is if the test from the lone oak well come back unfavorable - but considering the last pr said-i think we are in good shape - for at least 29 days

you can't even give one good reason to buy or hold this stock.
if it was so profitable it wouldn't even need to issue more shares, so there goes your argumment.
you are ASSUMING that future news, if there is any, will be awe-inspiring. if the news is even mediocre or built into the price, this stock will plunge helped along by endless dilution.
this is nothing but a lotto ticket right now. all the rants and raves about getting rich at 40 cents or whatever is nothing but a fantasy.
