Securing the note with 50% of Gwenco stocks doesn't mean they lost 50% of stocks. Yes, in the event they default and if creditor chooses so gwenco may loose 50% of stocks. That's the way I read it.
OTOH keep posting Pedro. Your reasonable posts turning the rocks under this Chiaramonte keeps me interested in QMNM just in case this CEO turns out to be a honest one.
