something that both sides can go after....

sec.... says that jr wrote that pr.... i sure hope they have "smoking gun" proof of that... if not....

jr's attorney... can go after that statment alone...and ask for the proof that the sec has the jr wrote that.... if the sec has no proof.... that put's a serious dent in the sec's case
