It seems to me it would be much less involved to establish a legitimate business than to orchestrate the elaborate web of intricacies involved in order to pull off the BLDV “scam” as suggested by this board.
Maybe little green men are planning on invading Belize to steal the Jatropha so they can convert it into fuel and get their spaceship back home?
