I am saying it is very ODD to have a Government Official to be so "FREE" with what I would think as projected business. It would be easy for another company with interest to disrupt the plans of BDLV being it has very little if any capital to defend its position there. Also odd that this guy would freely give emails from others to others who he has no idea of whom they are, Or does he? Yes I will imply this is a SCAM AIMNSHO!
