Thanks much for sharing awesome DD again. I sometimes wonder, so much is happening behind the scene, but Quincey is waiting for the right time/moment to release these info.

Also Joseph Waight confirmed, Mr. Quincey Moaning does have funding in place for building the pilot biofuel plant in Belize, which is another great info. We all know, it takes millions & millions of $ to build such plant.

I truly believe that, big money is backing BLDV, as they made offers to 3 Bio plant back in March '08, and we unofficially confirmed that they already bought one which is operational.

So now, BLDV will be reverse merging into a company that has recently gotten delisted from the NASDAQ because of not meeting certain requirements and was forced to go down to trading on the OTCBB.

BLDV's biodiesel plant ( the one acquired- consider this as unofficial until officially released ) will give this OTCBB stock the proper assets to go back to immediately meeting all of the NASDAQ requirements.

As all approvals from Government of Belize is done, as soon as title is transferred to BLDV, Quincey will begin construction.

Looks like D-Day is very close.

So tell me, sterv, how long will it take to produce initial feedstock for the plant, and how many hectares will be need for full production?

Looks like it will be just awhile longer before Mr. Moaning will be able to announce this recent development. Hopefully the land survey's will be a priority with the Government of Belize.

Mr. Waight told me immediately that he was sorry if he gave me the impression into thinking that everything was “all” done. He said that everything is almost “completely” done.
