I agree with you. Oily is a trader, or works for someone who is. Nothing he implies means anything except that he is once again trying to manipulate one way or the other.
That said, I really thought we would move up this morning.
The extra percentage we got is not the big deal here...the big deal is that it was big enough for Addax to contest it in the first place. If it had no value there would have been no one contesting it.
