#1119 RE: cgraut #1118

Hi cgraut, like most longs I too am dismayed by the continued selling and low stock price.

While there are lots of good signs and progress in business plan execution, the questions you raise are appropoe (sp?).

I know the details of the convertable debt....

It was convertable at $1.00 per share (and I believe there are some warrants attached exercisable at $.75) and was due in late 2007 to early 2008. This debt was extended for an additional 18 months in exchange for reducing the exercise price to an average of 60 cents per share. I actually asked this question during the 3/31 conference call.

Regarding finding the right CFO, I remember Melissa speaking with gratitude of their comptroller....and also mentioning that they were evaluating several candidates. During a phone conversation Melissa said that they thought they found one, but when they did a background check they were concerned about something they found and didn't hire him/her. So I think at least part of the problem is finding the perfect fit for the company.

Oh yeah, I agree about the silence being deafening. I'm not a proponent of putting out press for press's sake, but I think there are probably enough company news happening that we could have at least a PR every couple of weeks. Signs of progress are always appreciated by the investing public.

Time will prove out whether DRGP is a diamond in the ruff with a bright or just like many other bulletin board companies.

Regards,

Randy

I'm going to try to do DD as I'm just getting started, I've seen so many of them that look good and then fall apart.

But look at this big OTCBB winner, way down at bottom:

cgraut, what is your definition...

of way below??

All indications we have seen and heard make us believe that DRGP will report at least 9 million for the 2nd quarter, in part because of the added revs from the Turbocooker program, which would be added to the $8.4 mil that they should do based upon the avg of the first 2 months already projected

A worthless basher like bell would take that number and scream "DROPPING REVENUES!!"

But once again, a little DD about the company and its historical business model would tell you that the 2nd quarter is DRGP's HISTORICALLY WORST quarter

A little more DD would help you discover that their best quarters are qtr 1 and qtr 4, qtr 4 is obvious in the runup to Christmas, but qtr 1 is due to the fact that advertising costs drop dramatically after the end of the year

Therefore, if the company produces revs of $9-10 million in their historically worst quarter, after doing $10 million in one of their historically BEST quarters, one could easily make a case that the company is STILL GROWING REVS

Unfortunately, posters like bell with such an obvious agenda never bother doing that sort of DD, or ignore it if they do see it - it does not fit their template of hate

All the best
