JUST MY MUSINGS:

Imo what we are witnessing is the changing of the guard at DRGP..........weak shareholder to strong. A floor must be put in for drgp to start up again.........Drgp has no controlling shareholders and it is adrift.............Some one small or large could cause damage if Rice and Company don't act soon............

I also believe that sales will be below the $10 Million mark for the 2nd quarter ...........Shareholders should want to know what the plan is and should flush out Emas and Rice some more. For instance How is drgp planning on getting from point a to point b.

Why hasn't the web site been updated.......it was mentioned in the cc but still nothing.

Where's the CFO. Why such a hard time recruiting one? ******

The silence is deafening.........Its an opportunity of a life time Right?

Is internal cash generation going to be sufficient for "growth" or is drgp going to seek other avenues to raise funds.......

Bell is correct that many of these small companies are run for the financial benefit of management. We will find out what Rice and Emas have in mind.............and soon.

One last thing........
I'd also like to know the details of the 2.166 Million convertible. I believe it was extended for 18 Months which probably takes us til June of 09................Could anyone add color to that?
