pngx is going to 10 and yes the lng business is valuable the problem is the note holders want to get payed thats why the preasure

They spun off the LGN business for three big reasons as I see it.

1. Had to settle their debt with a big funder.

2. Spinning it off gives them shares they can sell in the future as the LGN business takes off...gives some liquidity without isuing more equity.

3. Allowed them to tranfer some debt to that venture, thus giving them a bit more flexibility in their debt regarding the biodielsel plant.

All makes sense to me.
