AMA, if you don't mind me jumping in here on your question to Tex...

Have a look back a few days, I posted something regarding the money. As for an accounting, as a shareholder you can ask to inspect the books.

I'll answer the plant and equipment this way, they are manufacturing a pharmaceutical in an office/lab complex right now, if they get sales where they should be, they will not be able to produce what they need in that facility and it's not designed for pharmaceutical production, that's why they needed the buildings. As for the equipment, it would be interesting to see who's signature is on the purchase order for that equipment... Regardless of whether or not the equipment is needed (I personally think that they shouldn't be hand packing bottles of pharmaceuticals, but that's just my opinion), does that justify letting it sit in customs for 9 months?

As far as the equipment not being necessary, that may be true now.
Remember that Swift made some process changes.
They supposedly utilized a evaporator that reduced the overall
moisture content. This change may or may have not been attempted
by Dr. Pandey, but to make a process change in the
beginning of a products inception could have been
disastrous if it caused a variance in the product.

Hence the reason for the equipment being necessary
if Dr. Pandey kept his proven process!

The SUPER DRYERS would have served the same purpose as the evaporator.
One has to remember that they are dealing with MICRO BIOLIGICAL changes that by making a process change it could have have a major change on the overall product!!

That stuff is way over my head but I have had a discussion with a micro biologist and that is what his thoughts were!

Reminds me of the construction trades. For Example lets say a house needs to be sided and it has 2000 sq. feet of surface to be sided. OK break that down into squares. 200 sq. feet equals 2 squares. I tell the homeowner that his home will take 2600 hundred square feet which leaves me with a surplus of 600 sq. feet. I bill him for the 2600 sq. feet and keep the 600 sq. foot surplus. I make out like a Bandit as long as the homeowner remains stupid. Thats where were at. We remain stupid, Pandey has all this brand new equipment that can be used anywhere as long as we are - - - - -
