Doug, I believe the JDA accepted ERHC's withdrawl...

offically and now the JDA would need STP's vote to allow ERHC to once again be awarded those rights.

Although STP and Nigeria split the oil on a 40%-60% basis, respectively, STP and Nigeria each have a 50% voting interest in the awarding of rights.
