Spec, even with the withdrawal by erhc on 5 and 6, it wouldn't surprise me if we're still in 5 simply because that one is sig bonus payable, so stp would not really have a reason to get stubborn on that one. It won't affect their pocket book. I'd expect a farmin of some sort like with the other blocks unless for some reason it gets delayed a few more years. 6 will be a tougher won to stay in, but stp can't get too masty since they still have to deal with us in the eez, and we can really make it difficult for them with how sloppy they were in giving away rights.

I don't think ERHC ever withdrew from those blocks, I think STP is mistaken. That would have been a major material event in which ERHC would have had to of disclosed that to the shareholders, they never did, and I'm sure that Akin Gump and Duane Morris would have corrected that had it actually occurred considering DOJ and SEC scrutiny at the time. Further, ERHC continues to this day to state that we have those rights, if ERHC had withdrawn it would be major securities fraud to continue to publicize on their website, in investor presentations, in press releases and in up to date SEC filings to state otherwise, we have those rights, I'm confident of it.
