Do you really think investing in Canada has foreign risks? I can see a country with an unstable government, but I don't think anyone would say that about Canada. In addition, I'd have to admit, I know nothing of their tax structure etc. as compared to ours. I do know that Canada is trying to woo the U.S. to buy their oil and have done what they can to make us want to do so. (If this interests you at all, you can see my posts on the BQI BB.)
Think it's interesting you are in the Canadian oil sands business. I'm sure you can give those of us that are interested in it a better picture. It appears to me that it must almost be like the gold rush was in that I'm told some regular businesses have trouble keeping their workers for they want to go off to the oil sands.
